Refund and Return policy
Refunds. All sales of Products and Services are final, and no returns or exchanges are accepted by the Company. All payments for Products and Services are non-refundable.
Returns. Due to the customization of all experience kits and Products, Company does not accept returns as these items cannot be repurposed for another customer. Upon cancellation of your subscription, the QR codes in your experience kit will be deactivated and you’re welcome to keep the experience kit and repurpose it as you see fit.
Damages and issues. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
